What is a cuboid?

A box with six rectangular faces — a rectangular prism. A cube is the special case with square faces.

How many litres is a cubic metre?

1,000. A 1 m cube holds 1,000 litres of water (a tonne).

Will a rod fit inside the box?

If it is shorter than the space diagonal √(l² + w² + h²).

How much wrapping paper do I need?

At least the surface area 2(lw + lh + wh), plus overlap.

What is the volume in cubic feet?
