Are both dates included?
Yes — a Monday-to-Friday range is 5 working days, the way leave and notice periods are counted.
Does it know my public holidays?
No — they differ by state and year. Paste the dates you need; your government's holiday list is linked in the sources.
What is 7.6 hours a day?
A 38-hour week ÷ 5, the common Australian full-time day; use 7.5 or 8 for other patterns.
How do I count a notice period?
Enter the day after notice is given as the start; check whether your contract says calendar or working days.
What about part-time weeks?
Multiply the result by the fraction of a week you work.
