About these calculators
Each calculator states the sport and the definition it uses, because several statistics share a name across sports and mean different things: batting average is runs per dismissal in cricket and hits per at-bat in baseball. Where a governing body publishes the formula, that is the one used. Odds conversion is arithmetic for understanding a price, including the bookmaker's margin — it is not betting advice and does not predict outcomes.
